Get Involved!
These are strange times and many of us are feeling helpless and want to do something meaningful, something that will make even a small difference.
Below are several ways you can touch someone's heart, make them feel cared for and less alone and isolated. We are able to offer choices of at-home and in-person projects. A quick description of all of our projects are below - click on each one to find out more details and sign-up. Questions, please feel free to reach out to info@projectourtown.org

FOOD FOR THOUGHT - PACK POWERSACKS (MSU)
Pack PowerSacks - a bag of non-perishable food items to feed a family of four for the weekend. The bags are then distributed to the students on Friday afternoons to take home to their families.
Volunteers will help pull and build agency orders using warehouse inventory or they may help to distribute boxes/bags in a drive-thru setting. RESTRICTIONS: Minimum age 14, 14 to 18 accompanied by an adult.

Our priority is always to make lives better and to help those in need. We can't do that if we are sick.
Due to COVID-19,
all in-person programs are limited to five people and will follow all recommended
safety guidelines.
